Good to know

You will love this place. There are many unique amenities you won't find with others. This 2nd row home has unobstructed views of the ocean with a master bedroom situated to enjoy every sunrise. Crystal Beach is a 1 minute walk with vehicle access to bring all of the necessities to the beach. You will have the benefit of beach front with the privacy of 2nd row. Who says you can't have your cake and eat it too? The kitchen bolsters all of the essentials to cook every meal for your family. The living room is situated with a 65" Roku Smart TV and Blu-Ray player with built in surround sound for fun movie nights or music. A variety of board games are also included. The main floor Master Bedroom is equipped with a King Bed with the Luxe Helix Sleep Mattress (It's amazing, btw.) and a 43" Roku Smart TV. The Master Bathroom includes a His/Hers sink setup as well as both a whirlpool tub and a walk-in shower, water closet and also a large Master closet. Blow Dryers are included in every bathroom. *As an extra treat, the Master Bedroom has an adjacent outdoor lanai that is great for mornings, a little quiet time or your evening wine'd down. The main floor 2nd bedroom comes with a Queen size bed with a Luxe Helix Sleep mattress and a 43" Roku Smart TV. A kid's pack and play is also included and can be used if needed. There is also a separate bathroom with a full shower. The second floor 3rd bedroom has both a Queen bed and a Double Full Bunk (with Trundle pull out). The Queen bed has a Luxe Helix Sleep Mattress and the Double Full is perfect for those that have small children. The room also comes equipped with a 43" Roku Smart TV. The second floor 4th bedroom, the "Bunk Room," comes with 4 built in twin beds that are adorable. Many of our guests like to separate the boys and the girls between Room 3 and the Bunk Room. The Bunk Room comes equipped with a 55" Roku Smart TV. This room also has access to the upper deck (child lock placed on upper end of door). There is also access to the Upper Deck from the adjacent hallways (also with a child lock placed on upper end of door). Room 3 and the Bunk Room share a bathroom between them with a double sink. Included is a dedicated workspace that can be used as an office has it' own sink, microwave, and small refrigerator. Staying focused while working from home can be challenging. No shoes is a great beach policy anyway! 3. Woof! No pets on any furniture. Pet's love their own beds and crates give a place of comfort in unfamiliar territory. (MAX 2) 4. All pets MUST have their left-overs removed from the yard, bagged, and placed in a garbage with a liner. 5. We are on a septic system. Nothing except toilet paper can be flushed. All excess food needs to be put in the trash before washing dishes. 6. No parties or events unless arrangements are made with the host prior to the reservation 7. No Smoking in the house. All cigarette butts must be placed in the garbage can downstairs with a garbage liner. 8. Do not move the grill to another floor. 9. Do not climb on or over any railings. 10. Do not move any indoor furniture outside, and any outdoor furniture inside. 11. Make sure you park in the designated areas only. Do NOT park or drive any vehicle through to the backyard. Please be aware if your vehicle leaks oil. The property is inspected after every guest visit as our goal is to provide the same quality to the next guest. If any property damage is noted including excess dog hair on the furniture, rug stains, broken glasses, excess dirt, trash, pet "left-overs" (in the yard), cigarette butts, septic clog/back up, or other general damage. A fee will be charged in order to bring a professional in to correct the issue. The Queen has a no-shoes or house shoes only policy. With the nature of a coastal home, sand can be a challenge if it is brought in the home. If there is excess sand/dirt or other debris, an added cleaning charge will be added. Provided is both a full outdoor shower, and a foot/paw wash on the floor level. All guests are required to remove all trash (packed in trash bags) and placed in the bins at the street for removal. All dishes must be cleaned/washed and put away. Sheets and towels will be placed in the provided bag for the linen service to take for sanitizing. If there is trash left or excess dirt, an added cleaning fee of $100 will be added as it require a deeper cleaning. Any stolen towels of any size will be charged $25. All pet waste must be picked up and placed inside the provided floor level trash bin with a liner. All cigarette butts must be picked up and placed in the floor level trash bin with liner. Failure to pick up these items will result in a $50 for pet waste and for cigarette butts left. Please double check! A septic system is sensitize to anything except toilet paper. Do NOT flush anything other than toilet paper including, hygiene products, kleenex, paper towels, plastic, and food waste (in the sink). Dispose of these items in the provided trash bins. If there is a septic clog or malfunction, a fee will be added to hire a professional to come out and correct the issue. Parking is provided underneath the house or in the driveway. Please be advised, pulling a vehicle under the house can be a tight squeeze and may cause damage to your vehicle or the house. BeeWell Properties is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle or any other item that a guest brings with them. *If your vehicle leaks oil, do NOT park in the driveway. You may park beside the driveway or in front of it. If oil stains are left, a $200 pressure washing fee will be added to remove the stain. Do NOT pull any vehicles including personal vehicles, golf carts, ATV's etc. underneath the house and through to the backyard. You may park underneath or in front. Do NOT bring RV's and follow all laws and guidelines in terms of usage of any recreational vehicle such as golf carts, ATVs, etc. There will be no refunds for appliance failure, WiFi failure etc. Due to being on the coast on a peninsula it is possible for occasional brief outages. Please let us know if there are any failures to any of the appliances, locks, AC/Heat, or other appliances. We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible. In instances that the "The Queen" is uninhabitable for your stay due to any and all events including evacuation, fire, forced closure, etc. BeeWell properties will cancel the reservation and provide a full refund. The guests booking profile must match the full name and ID provided. In instances of falsifying booking information "BeeWell" properties has the right to refuse service and withhold all payments. "BeeWell Properties" does require a valid ID within 24 hours of booking a reservation. By booking a reservation, you, the renter agrees to all of terms listed.

We were stuck in a pickle at night in another bad Airbnb. I found this spot and Anna responded immediately, checked with her cleaning crew for the house and met us there. She was a life saver. As soon as we walked up the stairs, that led to the front door, we knew right then, we were at the right place. When I tell you, clean, beautiful, comfort, home, family and relaxation in one stop, Believe it. I'm very picky about where I lay my head, this house in the morning, was a dream, the sunrise, and sunsets. We will be back, time after time. Everything you will need, she has it, in this house. I love how she packed up the clean linen so you know, you're sleeping on freshness. Thank YOUUUU!

The home is beautiful. To be clear, you have make your own beds with sheets that are in Saran Wrap. There’s so many rules to staying here, so make sure you read them. With a home that sleeps 15, you are allotted a grand total of 6 rolls of toilet paper and 1 paper towel roll. You are supposed to leave all of your comforters on the bed, but sheets and towels (separated) go next to the door (making me feel as if I was sleeping with a dirty comforter and blankets) The 10am checkout, with no room for a late checkout is too early for the size and price of home. All dishes are supposed to be washed and put away, so you can’t even really have breakfast in the morning because you wouldn’t have time to run the dishwasher. You can have dog hair, but not too much…sand, but not too much…or you’ll be charged extra. For a prime home, the amenities should be on par with the price. I feel as if the property owners got burned at some point and any future visitors are having to pay the price.

The house was exquisite! We were happy to see they had a Keurig coffee maker. Lots of extra towels, wash rags, and hand towels were made available to us, and all of them looked brand new. The layout of the house was wonderful! The house is huge!! And so wonderfully close to the beach! It was amazing waking up and drinking coffee on the beautiful huge deck listening to the waves lapping at the shore watching the sun come up. A few of my guests even took a morning walk on the beach.

The house is beautiful and had everything that was described. We cooked at ground level on thier bbq pit and had multiple meals inside as well. Plenty of space with lots of room even for us, who had 3 families. The beach itself is just a short walk. Great view of the beach from thier main deck. Anna was great. Very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely do this again.

We were in town for our daughters wedding and our other Airbnb the heater went out and we were in a major bind. Anna helped us immensely by getting water turned back on and allowing for early check in so we could get to wedding quickly and not stress. When my wife walked in way later in the night as she did not see the place before this. She said “now this is what an Airbnb should be. So homey , comfortable, and perfect”

We had the most relaxing getaway at Anna’s beautiful home. She was a wonderful host. The house is well stocked and extremely clean. The master bed was very comfortable and the bathtub was a dream. We only had two people but this would be the perfect rental for multiple families with kids. Plenty of space. Unobstructed view of the ocean.

The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. We were able to cook multiple meals, enjoy coffee, tea, and more. There is plenty of space and a wonderful deck with TONS of room. It is a super short walk to the beach and there is an amazing view of the ocean from the house. We stayed for 7 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. There are also restaurants nearby and great kolaches just up the street.
